Shipping
Free shipping via USPS is offered for all Ultimate Youth Skincare orders. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days, which excludes major holidays, and orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business week. Standard shipping and processing typically takes 3-7 business days, and orders for express shipping such as overnight, two day and three day must be placed on a business day by 12:00 PM EST for delivery. Express orders placed within the stated business days will arrive with the requested method of shipping delivery, regardless of location on the US map.
For Alaska and Hawaii, standard shipping takes 6+ business days. Customers are asked to select the shipping option that best suits their delivery needs during checkout. Currently, we only ship to the US and Canada.
Upon checkout, an email with a copy of the order will be sent to the customer. Once the order has shipped, an additional email will be sent to confirm shipment and provide shipping tracking information.
If a customer needs to cancel an order they have already placed, they must email Ultimate Youth Skincare with the subject "Cancel My Order" or Order # within 24 hours of order placement. Ultimate Youth Skincare will do their best to accommodate the request.
If a customer is unsatisfied with a product within 30 days of receipt, they can email hello@ultimateyouth.store for an exchange. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Customers are responsible for paying freight, and returns will be processed in 3-5 business days upon receipt at Ultimate Youth Skincare offices.
If Ultimate Youth Skincare products are purchased from unauthorized sources, Ultimate Youth Skincare cannot offer exchanges, refunds or assist with any problems encountered. Customers should email the customer service team of the retailer they purchased from.
If a customer's order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or has any other concern, they should email Ultimate Youth Skincare within 7 days of delivery at hello@ultimateyouth.store. To expedite the request, customers should include their order number in the subject title and attach any relevant photos. For orders with Route Shipping Insurance, customers can place a claim at https://claims.route.com/. Ultimate Youth Skincare will do their best to address any concerns efficiently.
